While working as a conference interpreter at a tech company, I began taking on product development projects and trade shows. Seeing the gaps between internal processes and customer expectations sparked my interest in user-centered design, which my mentors encouraged me to explore.
Today, listening is a big part of how I design. Understanding users matters, and so does understanding the perspectives of Product and Engineering. I enjoy bringing those conversations together, finding a direction we can work toward, and making it tangible through design and prototypes.
